Education and awareness raising are amongst the most highly valued of pursuits for our think tank members. It offers organizations wonderful opportunities to “…bridge gaps in communication and foster collaboration” (Follett, 1926). When developing client workshops and training, we focus on the most relevant, high quality facilitators and evidence-based adult learning theory. Workshop and training program budgets are developed on as case by case basis, with an eye towards leveraging economies of scale and our portfolio of work to the client’s benefit. Depending on the format, subject matter experts, collaterals, complexity, participants, frequency, duration, and other factors identified for clients during the initial conversation, workshops and training costs currently tend to range from $2,000.00 to $30,000.00. Credibility, the ability to articulate clearly and consistently and with authority under pressure, and to withstand aggressive cross-examination is not easy.  It requires expertise and authentic confidence that can only come from a deep and thorough understanding of the subject matter. Our members qualify as experts, under both the Daubert and Frye standards, in any array of fields. They are well versed in the most current evidence-based research in their respective areas of expertise. Our think tank members are available to serve as expert witnesses for purposes of informing your case, strategy development,   depositions, and trial testimony. In today’s hectic world, when folks take the time to listen to a speaker, it is important to insure that doing so is well worth their while. Relevant engaging content, delivered by credible subject matter experts, in dynamic, compelling, memorable presentations is fundamental. Our member speaker fees currently range from $500.00 to $10,000.00, depending upon the member, event, audience, and time commitment. A reduced honorarium may apply for topics, audiences, and events particularly aligned with the ideation mission and vision. The requirements for writing a winning grant vary significantly from one project and proposal to the next. For example, variables include the amount of research, writing, management, tracking, reporting, and expertise required. These are among the reasons that client grant budgets are created on a case by case basis. As with all client services, we strive to maximize the advantages of existing relationships and experience to the economic benefit of clients. The hourly rate for grant writing currently tends to range from $25 to $250. Flat fees currently tend to range from $1,500.00 to $10,000.00. Government grants tends to fall on the higher end of these ranges in comparison to foundation grants.  Discounted fee structures for grants and organizations that help to advance the ideation mission and vision are considered by the Advisory Board on a case by case basis.
