"Bridging the Impact Gap...."
When persistent challenge calls for deep understanding, collaboration, and sustainable scalable solutions, our signature service enables you to identify and engage cross-sector stakeholders and influential leaders, eliciting motivation and energy, helping you develop and implement recommendations.
First, we coordinate an educational forum featuring a panel of renowned subject matter experts, moderated by a knowledgeable and neutral respected leader, addressing vetted questions in a proven dynamic presentation format. Cross-sector stakeholder participant input is aggregated via evidence-based pro-post survey. We have found that the Forum raises stakeholder awareness, identifies knowledge gaps around the challenge, begins building initiative credibility, and creates a shared learning environment.
Next, informed by Forum data, we develop a series of targeted questions and coordinate a cross-sector roundtable, also moderated by a knowledgeable and neutral respected leader. Qualified research assistants aggregate the Roundtable observation notes and stakeholder input data for analysis utilizing codes developed to meet your organization’s specific needs. The Roundtable furthers stakeholder awareness, filling knowledge gaps around each other’s perspectives, credibility and collaboration, and begins exploring recommendations and potential solutions.
Next, informed by the Roundtable, we develop even more targeted questions and coordinate a series of single stakeholder focus groups, again moderated by a knowledgeable and neutral respected leader. Research assistants again observe and aggregate data for analysis applying the coding methods customized based upon your organization’s needs. The Focus Groups have proven to provide a safe space within which stakeholders, who have participated in this three phase, shared-learning experience collaboratively develop insightful, innovative, yet pragmatic recommendations.
With the data aggregated from this signature process, we are able to provide your organization with insights and solutions around persistent problems appropriate for this process, far exceeding what is otherwise possible.
“Achieving a sufficient level in which a group is motivated to engage for common good requires a temporary suspension of some of the rules of social order" (Schein, 2016).
